Off-the-job training (Off-JT) refers to structured learning activities conducted away from the workplace, such as group seminars or external courses, where employees acquire knowledge and skills in an environment separate from their daily duties. It is the counterpart to on-the-job training (OJT) and may take many forms, including lectures and workshops.
