ESSIDステルス化
いーえすえすあいでぃーすてるすか · ESSID Stealth (SSID Hiding)
ESSID stealth, also known as SSID hiding, is a wireless LAN security measure that configures an access point to omit the network name (SSID) from the beacon frames it broadcasts periodically. Because the network name does not appear in device scan lists, it becomes harder for unauthorized parties to detect the network's existence. However, since specialized tools can still discover hidden SSIDs, this measure should be combined with other security controls.
